Genius Engineering or Waste of Money?

We need to discuss this build. The builder used 8 shipping containers to create the frame. BUT... then they buried them under tons of expensive Stone Masonry.

👍 Team Steel: "It's smart! The containers gave them a perfectly square, earthquake-proof frame in just a few days. The stone is just the beautiful skin on top."

👎 Team Traditional: "If you are going to use that much stone and concrete, just build a block house! You spent so much money hiding the containers that you lost the cost advantage."

What is your verdict?

A) Smart use of Steel (Fast & Strong)

Pointless (Just use cinder blocks)
