Returns Policy :

Whoosmind strive to ensure that all customers are satisfied and treated equally. A return for most unused items and unopened items can be initiate within 14 days of delivery to you. All Item(s) must be returned within 14 days after arrival for possible replacement or money back as refund money; return of items is possible due to damaged items on arrival to you or items not as described in the listing. We will still try to assist you with a return by following the processes below.

If a product arrives damaged or not as described you are fully protected and we will refund the full cost of the item, shipping charges, and return shipping charges. Whoosmind will only process a returned or cancellation orders if a customer put in a request through their whoosmind account by clicking Request Return/Cancellation in your Order History. Then, whoosmind will process your request and provide you with a RIA number (Return Items Authorization Number) and return instructions.

No returns will be accepted without return tracking information, an RIA number and proper execution of the provided instructions. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees unless the product arrives damaged or defective and the original shipping fee will be deducted from any refund. If a product your ordered arrives damaged please contact whoosmind support within 48 hours so a claim can be filed with the appropriate division or shipping company.

Additionally, if your purchase qualified for “Free Shipping” the actual cost of shipping for your item(s) will be deducted from your refund. You must return items in new or unused condition inside of an outer shipping box with all original materials included with the shipment and the merchandise must be received your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery.

All returned items are inspected and typically, refunds are not awarded for opened or used products. Returns are subject to a 12% restocking fee. Once again, if the return is a result of whoosmind error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the item, shipping charges, and return shipping charges. First, whoosmind will provide you with a prepaid label upon receipt of pictures of the damaged/defective item. You can expect your refund within four weeks from the date you return your merchandise.

In most cases you will receive a refund much sooner, but a four week estimate is required to allow ample time for return shipping (up to 14 days), returned product inspection (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). All refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Once your return is processed you will receive an email with your refund details.
