Life Restore is a refreshing and rejuvenating class for all levels, all ages, and all injuries. Life Shape is a heated power yoga sculpt class with weights and bands. The studio offers other fun events monthly - sound baths, themed nights, and more. The studio offers private party yoga at the studio and on location. We are a boutique studio, with that small-town vibe.
