Despite these advantages, the research also identified various challenges associated with work from home social media jobs. The lack of face-to-face interaction was the most prominent challenge, as mentioned by 68% of the survey respondents. This absence of physical contact creates potential communication and collaboration difficulties. Furthermore, the pressure to stay updated with rapidly changing social media trends and algorithms was a concern expressed by 57% of the interviewees. Finally, maintaining work-life balance while working from home posed challenges for 72% of the respondents, primarily due to the inability to establish clear boundaries between work and personal life.
