Frozen food is a very helpful idea for those who are busy and working the wholw week. I prepare scrambled eggs for my son's breakfast on weekends and freeze it. My mom asked me last night that can you freeze scrambled eggs for a week? and My answer is yes, we can freeze scrambled eggs for almost four months in freezer. You can not freeze high water content containing fruits and vegetables. for example:- cucumber and lettuce etc.
