RA Power Solutions has been carrying out insitu crankshaft grinding of Yanmar engine for 47+ years. We have repaired multiple Yanmar engines at different locations, like crankshaft grinding/polishing of crankpins of Yanmar 6 EY18(A)L in Bangladesh, South Asia; Yanmar 8N 330 (L)-EV in Panama, South America; YANMAR 6N18(A)L-UV in Singapore; and many more. Our technicians inspect the crankshaft and the main journal for scoring, wear, and any other damage. We check the existing bearing condition and identify the corresponding undersized bearing shells required for the finished crankshaft dimension before carrying out grinding of crankpins. After the inspection, we install the crankshaft grinding machine directly around the main journal to repair the crankshaft without removing it from the engine.
