Smoked dead body | Unique Menyamya

I'VE been to Menyamya. Having spent almost 3 years of my life making friends with the people of Menyamya District. The people of Aseki and Menyamya in Morobe Province of Papua New Guinea ?? are friendly. They're well known for smoking corpse of their relatives for some months or so and would keep the remains in the caves then would take them out for display during ceremonial days.

Good to see that most people around PNG are still keeping their customs, cultures and traditions alive. It gives us true sense of pride and define who we are and where we come from.

I congratulate MP. Solen Loifa and people of Menyamya for the successful launching of the Five Year Development Plan.

Menyamya and Aseki people are friendly. I missed wara Wapi and famous mountain 'W'
