One of the most interesting aspects of CDG Converse is how branding works within the design. Many collaborations rely on large logos or heavy graphics to highlight the partnership.
This collaboration took the opposite path. The https://commedesgarcon.org/pro....duct-cat/cdg-convers heart emblem functions almost like a quiet signature rather than a dominant logo.
Because the rest of the sneaker stays clean and simple, the emblem draws attention naturally. It becomes memorable without overpowering the shoe.
This restrained approach to branding reflects a broader shift in fashion where subtle recognition often carries more cultural weight than obvious logos.
