AV Design Build Construction is a small family owned general contractor company. After working for larger general contractor companies for many years, our founder, Juan Ceballos, decided it was time to start his own company in 2013, so he can have the freedom to focus more on the type of projects that he was passionate for, which were residential construction projects. Since then, we have worked on over 100 projects, from small bathroom remodels to entire ground up construction and everything in between.
