What is M.Tech Distance Education
In M.Tech distance education, students have many benefits such as they don’t have to visit campus to attend lectures or mark their attendance, so it also saves the cost of traveling or relocating. In M.Tech Distance Education students get study material either online or printed, they get the flexibility and can study at their own pace. M.Tech distance education is best for people who have other commitments and cannot attend offline classes regularly. Other than distance education M.Tech is offered in other modes also such as M.Tech Online, M.Tech Evening, M.Tech Part-Time, etc. But people must be aware that all these modes are invalid and not approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), the Supreme Court, and the University Grants Commission (UGC) because M.Tech is a technical degree.
For employed people, another option is available other than Regular M.Tech i.e. M.Tech for Working Professionals or M.Tech in flexible shifts. This course also provides flexibility, here the classes are conducted in the evenings, on weekends, or on public holidays. This allows students to study at their own pace and remotely. This course is equivalent to a regular M.Tech and after graduation, the ‘Regular’ mode of education is written on the degree. In this students get various benefits such as a Learning Management System, simulated virtual labs, practice tests, quizzes, and assignments, and students get the institute’s top-notch faculty. It helps them build a network with fellow students and this mode allows them to interact with faculty to solve their queries.
